1. It's free. The planner is free to use and stays free for what it does today. If we ever add a paid extra, it'll be new and optional, and we'll say so first.
2. The figures are estimates. Typical prices come from published sources and sensible assumptions, marked as assumed. They're a guide for planning, not a quote: check with your suppliers before you book or pay.
3. Your plan is yours. We don't claim anything you put in. You can download it and delete it whenever you like.
4. We never hold your money. Guests who pay you pay into your own account, through your own payment provider.
5. Use it fairly. Don't use it to send unwanted messages or to store anything you've no right to.
6. No guarantees. We work to keep it running and your details safe, but it's provided as it is; we're not liable for decisions made from its estimates, or for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
7. Changes. If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
8. The law. These terms are under the law of England and Wales.
